Most of us start our day by sitting in the kitchen eating breakfast. Then our day might look different from each other’s, but one thing we have in common, is that we sit a lot, and in many different places during the day. We sit while we work, while we eat our lunch, while we are having a meeting, we sit for a coffee break and again we sit when we come home. A short stay in the hallway, at the dinner table, in the dressing room etc. We sit a lot!
